Imperial began with a single watchmaker, a loupe, and a refusal to release anything that did not keep faultless time. That standard has never been revised — only inherited.

Craftsmanship
Assembled by hand, without exception
No Imperial movement meets a machine before it meets a watchmaker. Bridges are chamfered by hand, screws blued in-house, and every rotor balanced until it turns in silence.

Regulated across five positions
Each calibre is timed dial-up, dial-down, and in three crown orientations over a fourteen-day cycle. Only movements holding tolerance across all five earn a case.

A watch is finished when nothing remains to remove.
Two hundred and thirty components pass through eleven pairs of hands before a single Imperial calibre is sealed. Nothing is rushed, because nothing here is disposable.
